When I moved into an apartment with a very small kitchen, I wasn't sure how it would work out. My passion for food and cooking just got bigger, and over the years I learned how to use what little space I have to make some tasty treats. Now I'd like to share my recipes —and my journey — with you.

I've been testing out some chocolate chip cookie recipes, so that I can become the ultimate choco chip cookie connoisseur. The best tasting cookies are aged in the fridge for a couple days (I like 48-72 hours). Also, I love how the cookie balls look like perfect little ice cream scoops. ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here's a tip to easily age your cookies for better flavor: After mixing up the dough, take a cookie scoop (I use a 3 Tbsp scoop) or roll them into balls. Put them all in one layer on a baking sheet and pop them in the fridge. Wait an hour, transfer them to a tupperware, and refrigerate until ready to bake.
